D22 Navara ZD30 Tube & Fin Intercooler Kit

This Plazmaman upgrade intercooler kit is to suit the Nissan Navara D22 ZD30 Turbo Diesel.

This kit was designed using a highly efficient tube and fin intercooler core, which provides much better flow, and lower pressure drop than any bar and plate core on the market. Not only does the Tube and Fin perform better, it is also much lighter in weight, and has better air flow characteristics through the core to aid in better engine radiator cooling. As you can see in the images, a factory standard vehicle fitted this kit during testing, picked up 9kw at the wheels, and the torque increase was 25nM. With a performance plug in chip, increased boost pressure and exhaust system, alongside this intercooler kit, you would see quite substantial gains in performance.

The Plazmaman tube fin cores are very tough and rigid in construction - these will withstand rugged driving conditions and rock/ tree punctures. Nearly 100% of high performance vehicles and OEM released vehicles these days use a tube and fin cores - the manufacturers don't get it wrong.

The kit is supplied with all necessary parts including a high performance 76mm (3.0") thick intercooler core, CNC aluminium mandrel bent piping, and premium high temperature silicone hoses. All hoses clamps are the USA BREEZE brand and have lifetime warranty on seal. The kit can be fitted by the majority of mechanically minded people. NOTE: This kit will require notching or drilling hole of the bull-bar upright/bracket (if fitted) to accommodate LOWER intercooler outlet.

UNFORTUNATELY THIS INTERCOOLER KIT IS NOT WINCH COMPATIBLE.

The Intercooler kit is available in stealth black finish only, which replicates the factory OEM look.
