**Although it is not recommended, we can manufacture these intercoolers with smaller diameter inlet and outlet sizes to allow for some compact installations. However, to achieve the maximum flow and power benefit from this intercooler core, we suggest 3.5" or 4″ outlets, in either push-on hose style, or Plazmaclamps**
Due to the highly stressed aftermarket performance nature of the product use, no limited product warranty by the manufacturer is possible for extreme 50+ psi boost applications in tube and fin. Intercooler header and/or core failure due to over pressurizing and turbo charger overheating/melting the workable state of the aluminium construction tubes is not covered . Please contact us for advise on specialized core options for extreme performance use we have available.
