Shipping costs are all calculated in the checkout based on your location, and the weight & dimensions of the goods you have ordered. The Pricing calculation is based around Australia Post’s shipping fee matrix. As a guide, shipping fees for a small items ranges from $15.00 to $45.00, larger items range from $35.00 to $75.00, and shipping can be upwards and above $85.00 for multiple large items, or remote area delivery.
International orders are also calculated in the checkout the same way, on an order by order basis, using weight, dimensions and customer location.
Orders will be dispatched from our Sydney Head Office within one to two business days. Delivery time will vary depending on your location, however most Metro Interstate locations will be overnight transit.
Please also take into account the manufacturing times on some items in the store.
We use Australia Post Express, or an Express Courier Service to deliver your order.
All products are delivered out of our head office at Wetherill Park, Sydney, Australia. International Orders may be dispatched from a local dealer depending on stock availability.
Can I place an order online and collect it from Plazmaman?
Yes you can, simply select “Collect from Store” in the checkout.
How do I know that you’ve received my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as we’ve received your order. If you haven’t received your confirmation after 24 hours please email email@example.com, or simply call (02) 9725 1728 to speak to a Sales Team member.Yes we do offer International Shipping, and the costs are calculated in the checkout. Shipping Costs are calculated on weight, dimensions and location.
Provided that your order is a standard/small sized parcel, we can deliver it to a PO Box. Items that are classified as ‘Large’ can only be delivered to a residential/business address.

If you purchased an item from Plazmaman and it’s not of acceptable quality or doesn’t match the product description, you can return it, within 21 days from the purchase date. Simply bring it in/send it back to us with the original invoice and we’ll repair it or exchange it, or give you a refund for your purchase using your original payment method. We do not allow returns or exchanges on items that have been custom fabricated, or modified specifically as per a customer’s request. However, we do understand that mistakes can be made every now and then, and we are more than happy to work with you to make sure the product is exactly how you want it! If you have an item that has been custom built, and you need it returned/modified, email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll reply asap with a feasible solution.
