BA/BF 800hp Stage 2 Intercooler Kit (IC, Cold piping, CAI)

1. Plazmaman's 800hp intercooler kit is designed to suit the BA, and BF XR6 turbo models. This kit uses the 470x350x76mm Tube and Fin Intercooler, Under Headlight Cold Air Intake or 4 inch intake with dry cell battery and the cold side piping ONLY - (NO HOT SIDE PIPING - You can choose this additional option in check out if required).

The 800hp kit is designed as a "pro series" intercooler kit, which will support an easy 800hp. It is recommended for vehicles with the a little more than bolt on upgrades such as exhaust system, hard piping kit, fuel system upgrades, upgraded turbocharger, and upgraded fuel system. The 800hp kit eliminates the restrictive factory crossover piping, and is an extremely easy kit to fit.

Our hot side piping kit is not included int this kit, and the factory rubber hose is retained to the turbocharger. However, our aftermarket hot pipe is highly recommended. Not only does is work effectively with the intercooler kit, but it also allows for greater air flow, and it's aluminium construction won't collapse or flex under boost. The Intercooler & piping is available in raw, polished or stealth black finish. Silicone hoses are available in blue or black.

The Under Headlight CAI will only suit 3 inch inlet turbo chargers. If you are using a 4 inch inlet turbo please select one of the 2 extra options we have in the checkout list. By choosing one of these options, please be advised that we ave already subtracted the cost of the under headlight CAI that you no longer require.
