Galant (E39A) VR-4 Pro Series Intercooler

Plazmaman's 800hp Tube & Fin replacement intercooler is designed to suit Mitsubishi Galant (E39A) VR-4 models.

This replacement intercooler is manufactured using a high quality lightweight 490mm x 280mm x 76mm Tube & Fin intercooler core, capable of flowing up to 800hp. This intercooler core is a high quality core, and weighs in at just over 6.5kg, making it one of the lightest and best recovering intercoolers on the market.

Not wanting to stray too far from Mitsuibishi's basic intercooler concept, we concentrated on creating an intercooler suited to more consistent power. By using the basic OEM style of core, we chose larger air flow tubes, retaining a similar internal and external fin arrangement for maximum heat dispersion. A special angle and thickness of fin arrangement is also used to maximize the flow capacity of the core. As this is an OEM replacement intercooler, it suits the factory intercooler piping, or a Plazmaman aftermarket piping kit.

The Intercooler is available in raw, polished or stealth black finish.

**** Please be advised due to the older nature of this vehicle and limited manufacturing of the parts world wide to suit, that the Intercooler brackets will be supplied as UNIVERSAL "do it yourself style". You will have to mount the intercooler in the position you require and using the supplied brackets modify/bolt them to the vehicle to suit. We try very hard to supply best the parts required to make this an easy fit as possible ****
